I purchased this for a coworker for Christ...

I purchased this for a coworker for Christmas, so I haven't tried the coffee therefore I cannot rate the coffee.
EDIT: I gave her the coffee and she opened it and OH BOY does it smell delicious! A+!

What I can rate is the customer service and shipping. I use a PO box but the company ships via UPS. Apparently, UPS and USPS decided my package was worth getting in a fight over and delayed shipping. I still haven't received the original package.

I message the seller and they quickly figured out the problem and shipped me a freshly roasted batch within 48 hours. I received the package a few days ago (received on Friday, typing this Monday) and I'm so grateful for the seller for stepping in and shipping me a new batch. My coworker loves coffee so I'm sure it will go over well.

I highly recommend this seller!
